rewire a unit

I would like our two bedroom 55m square unit's electrical overhauled (built 1979). I have a basic list of things that need doing. This includes: -New fuse box (with capacity for future improvements such as a heatpump) -New lights (11 Downlights) -Replace lights (1 spotlight, 1 Bathroom light/extractor, 2 outdoor lights) -Replace 6 existing sockets -Install 12 new sockets -wire new whiteware in kitchen
