Electrical work - Sandringham

We'd like a quote for various small jobs around our house in Sadringham (near Eden Park), including: 1. repair/replace tread lights on stairs (5 or 6 small halogen lights, only working intermittently, need new bulbs / rewiring and potentially replaced with LEDs) 2. fix halogen downlight in kitchen (completely stuffed, not sure if it's new bulb or needs a bigger fix) 3. new switch on outdoor sensor light. We can't find the switch - maybe you can. Otherwise, we'll need one put in. 4. repair/replace socket in bedroom. 5. new socket in study (optional - cost dependent) 6. test/re-certify wiring and provide a certificate acceptable to our insurer.
