In need of an extractor fan in the newly renovated bathroom as there's an excessive amount of condensation every time after showering. (even with the bathroom windows opened.) There is already a vent on the outside of the bathroom wall. However, this is connected to the laundry room extractor fan. The joint that connects the fan and the vent have been altered and is not fully connected to the duct. (i.e. most of the air extracted will go into the house instead of out of the vent) The job involves installing ducting, extractor fan and one way valve for the fan. Plastering and painting and moving the microwave cabinet will need to be done as well. *Last photo: the room/door on the right side is the laundry room. To the left is the bathroom.
