Replace 2 recessed downlights with LED

My bathroom has two old recessed down lights, I have two LED lights I'd like to replace them with. This is the most important job. I also have 5 ancient power sockets and 2 light switches that need replaced with new. And a general check of the current state of my house's electrical system would be great.
