Check and replace lights as needed

Hi. I am looking for an electrician who can check the recessed lights in the bedroom and kitchen and replace them as necessary. They are blowing bulbs too often. Also looking for an idea of cost/practicality of putting in a few more lights outside. Please note that this is for an AirBnB property and there may be a lot of back-and-forth to make sure guests are OK with your arrival time. And when I am not at work (I work casual shifts as and when required). Many thanks, Terri
