Quick rewire / reinstate job (also quote for future home rewire job)

Took down a non-structural wall at weekend and cut the light switch which would become redundant. However seems half the unit was daisychained through this terminal and now i have no lights in one half the house! Would do it myself but one of the 3 wire shows as still having a current when i switch off at DB board so would rather a Pro come in / not kill myself. I ultimately need to rewire the whole 65 sq m unit as old wiring and a kitchen upgrade will trigger a new DB board - however kitchen will not be till 2019 - but would appreciate a quote whilst attending to this small job. Could you send an indicative job cost over with expression of interest. I cant see this taking more than 1hr. Job on Eastdale Rd, Avondale. Thank you
