Replace Kitchen Extractor and Fix Bathroom Extractor housing

We have a kitchen extractor unit that needs to be replaced (we have already bought the new extractor so you just need to remove the old one and put in the new one). The extractor pushed the air to a vent fixed to the outside of the house (shown in the photos). This will be a very quick and easy job for someone to do. We would also like the bathroom extractor fan housing re-attached to the ceiling (the lights work but the plastic surround seems to have come loose. The house for these repairs is located in Avondale. I would like this done ASAP - and if you are an electrician I would also like a quote for replacing some light switches and plug points around this house (this is not the main priority though - looking to get the kitchen extractor and bathroom extractor fan fixed first).
