Hillsborough - Kitchen and rooms wiring

I've a 50's era house and possible has been renovated in the 70's. I need to rewire/upgrade the oven line from 32A to 45A and add 10A power points in couple of rooms and two 10A points in the kitchen. Also I want to add deck lightnings and hall way light.
