Jo electrical repairs

I have some electrical work 1. a sensor light is damaged and not working - may need to be replaced? 2. a light in the Hall has been taken down after a leak in roof. Leak is fixed and I need light put back up 3. I do not know how to take lights in Hall apart to replace bulb or clean glass - I need someone to show me how
