External power plug required - to power a new infinity gas hot water system

We need an electrician to install outside power in order for us to install a new infinity gas hot water system. Job to be completed in 4-6weeks once we know where the unit will be positioned. There is access on the inside of the external wall via a basement which has a cable that runs through it for a pool pump - could potentially use? Or a bathroom backs onto the external wall where we would like the unit to go - power there to use? PHOTOS - Power and gas unit to be installed on black painted wall in photo. Window on the white wall is the bathroom. Basement is under bathroom down the slope of the black wall.
