New Down lights

I would like to install 11 down lights in my kitchen, dinning and lounge. the lounge are is roughly 6m x 4m and the kitchen are is 2.1m x 4m. I would like 6 down lights in the lounge, one in the dinning area and 2 more (double lights) in the kitchen area, I would also like 2 in the hall way, 1.5 x 4m long. i would be using existing plugs but would like some of the lights changed to different switches. I have a lighting drawing made up that I will add to the photos tomorrow. I have plenty of room in the celling to move around. I haven't bought any of the lighting yet and would like to know costs from the tradesmen to work out what is the cheaper option.
