Simple, quick job - hang and wire pendant light (socket exists)

We have a simple job that we want to get knocked out asap - this week ideally. We are in a new house and we have a pendant light to be hung. The kitchen is wired for it, the pendant just needs to be hung. We want to loop the cord and hand the pendant slight off from it's socked. so we will need some kind of hook - kinda like attached.
