Bathroom extractor fan installation

Our current rental property doesn't have a bathroom extractor fan, and we would like to install one to help reduce moisture in the bathroom. There is no roof space at the property, it is a concrete brick unit built with flat metal roof.

Kev did a great job installing an extractor fan for us in the bathroom (with a delay timer on request). He presented us with 2 practical options, made professional suggestions, and completed the job on schedule. And while he was there he also replaced all our old circuit breakers in the fuse box for a reasonable cost too! Thanks heaps for getting this done for us. Anna
