Household electical - extractor and other

Job description

General Electrical
Auckland

Hi, I'm looking for a licenced electrician to do the work described below and I am looking for a certificate of compliance for the work. 1. Extractor fan Job is to unwire existing extractor fan in bathroom & remove. Install new extractor fan (I bought a Manrose heat & vent, this has a slightly larger cut out than that existing fan, so should be ok with a bit of cutting of the plasterboard) & wire up. 2. Ceiling lights in bedrooms I fixed 2 batons to the ceilings where I'd like new lights to be. I removed these batons from the side walls. I have temporarily isolated the ends of the wiring where the batons used to be. Job is to remove this wiring and replace it with wiring up to the ceiling batons. A new double switch is needed in one room, in the other room no need to change the existing switch. 3. Plug in lounge Job is to install a new double plug in the lounge to an exterior wall. There is a plastic cover on the wall here so I think there could be existing wiring, or at least a route for wiring. I think the switchboard and wiring dates from ~2007. Access to the ceiling space is via a trapdoor above the hot water cycliner. It is a bit awkward but doable with a bit of flexibility. Ceiling space is insulated, the insulation covers the joists so this may make finding the wiring annoying.
