What is sucking my electricity?! Quantifier needed ASAP!!

My electricity bills are so expensive. I need to find out where my power is going throughout the household—quantify/measure this. I need someone with the following experience: Rentals which have been renovated by international builders/parts/fixtures (not sure if it is to code, I'm assuming so) Determining how much energy the pool pump is costing (and what the pool pump is doing exactly—I can see a massive spike when it is on, on my hourly power updates and can't figure out exactly how it works) Working out which appliances are using what level of power, including the light fixtures (I know some are energy efficient and some are not). Someone who must be able to achieve all these things comprehensively and provide exact information (so I can show my landlord if need be and quantify/have proof) Someone who is awesome, funny and affordable I'm in Saint Johns. Can you come ASAP? Something is draining my power, and it is increasing each month (since December) and it makes no sense to me! Help!
