Electrical panel and socket repair

At this home, if the outside lights are turned on, this can cause a short throughout the rest of the home. Something needs to be adjusted in the electrical panel to prevent this problem in the future. Or a new power board may be the solution? In addition, one power socket needs replacement (see photo). If you think you can help, please provide a quote for your costs and hopefully we can set up an appointment!

Craig came on time, and was kind enough to make a trip to the shop to secure the part required, and completed the job as expected. He also provided helpful advice regarding a potential future job, which was most appreciated. My only concern is that Craig's invoice was 15% higher than quoted - this could have been due to GST, but I'm disappointed because I chose Craig initially due to his lower price. I hope Craig will clearly communicate "excl GST" or "incl GST" for future clients.
