I'm after a quote to complete two small jobs at the same rental property: 1- fix/replace one halogen down light. One of the clips that holds it flush against the ceiling has broken off, so the light is just hanging in place as per the photo. 2- replace one existing pendant light with another. I have the new one already so I think it should be a straight swap.
