Joe came and installed my heated towel rack but had to get him back as it didn't work. The main thing is he didn't charge for coming back and he fixed it so it now works.

"Client purchased a clearance model heated towel rail. I installed this and tested. I then get a call from the client saying it isn't working. I came to her place the next day to see what the issue is. After speaking to the supplier they told me they are clearing stock on this as they have had issues with this product. Disappointed with this review as I cannot control the client supplied product"
