Down light fixing and conversion

First, convert all downstairs lights to LED fittings (approximately 24) Secondly, get this corner seat of dimmable lights working on (they never work since we moved in) Thirdly, fix / replace our exterior porch light fittings, as these don't work any more, I think due to corrosion (and we unfortunately have to barbecue in the dark)
