Electrical Repairs

We are selling our house and need various electrical work to be done. The jobs are: * The outdoor light sensor is not working (always on) * Pantry door light not working even after changing light. * Bedroom wall light not working even after light change. * Bathroom heaters not working. * There was a loud capacitor pop type noise and circuit breaker for bathroom/bedrooms trip, only happened once last week, not sure what it was. * Hallway wall light fitting damaged and needs replacing
