House renovation including down lights installation throughout 4 bedroom 2 level 1970s house, new plugs, re wire old tps existing wiring (50% tps wiring) and upgrade switchboard, new exhaust fans in toilets x 2, staircase lighting and wiring. Work needs to commence end of Jan/early feb
