We are looking for a competent, competitively priced electrician to provide installation and repair services in our home. Applicants should be registered electrians and have a very tall ladder! **install 2 x new bathroom light fixtures on eith side of bathroom mirror. **replace/repair 1x ceiling light (maybe 3) in kitchen (tall ladder required 12 foot stud) **Replace/repair 1x drop light (maybe 2) in kitchen (tall ladder needed 12 foot stud) **install bathroom exhaust fan (vented into attic area), advice needed on what type of fan to purchase or we may need it supplied also.

David is excellent. Not only was his workmanship superb, but his manner was pleasant, his attention to detail exact, and his punctuality on point. I 100% recommend David to anyone requiring any level of electrical work done. He offered us good advice and was more than fair in his costs. He quoted 6 hours of work, and it took 7. He charged us for the quoted 6. He quoted on components of light fittings (on initial inspection for quoting purposes it wasn't apparent which component was causing the fault),and charged us only for the components replaced and at his cost (no margin added). David is knowledgable, hardworking, and genuinely nice. He has respect for your home - always knocking on doors before entering, asking permission to move furniture, and returning moved items exactly to where they had been. We will definitely call David again for any electrical needs.
