Electrical work - To install and re-install lighting for a family house.

We are seeking a qualified, fully certified electrician to install and reinstall lighting for our house on December 29 and --- . All lighting is provided by us. We are on time and budget constraint, and looking forward to a favorable quotation. The details of the electrical work as required are as follows: 1. Replace existing lights with owner's new 3 nos surface mounted ceiling light fittings and light switches with dimmer to 3 bedrooms. Existing wiring in place. 2. Supply and install wiring and isolating switch for external light. Owner supplies security light fitting with sensor. 1 no. Isolating switch in Bedroom 3 (not in corridor) 3. Relocate existing switch in laundry to opposite wall and install owner's new surface mounted ceiling light. 4. Relocate double power outlet in laundry. 600mm from existing location to new position on same wall. 5. Install 1 no. owner's new surface pendant ceiling light fitting to dining with new switch with dimmer. Existing wiring in place. 6. Supply and install new wiring complete with switch only for 2 nos. future kitchen overhead cupboard strip light fittings. 7. Supply and Install 3 nos wiring for owner's new surface mounted ceiling light fittings with new 3 in 1 switch in garage. (N.B.: Electrical plan for house is available upon request.) Thank you.
