Run fibre optic cable from front of section to house

I don't want Chorus to do this work. Existing copper cable is in conduit under driveway, but pulling to old cable out seems to be difficult, but maybe not impossible. Alternative idea is to run along garden by fence close to boundary, in conduit buried, then into garage, and out of other side of garage to house. I will do the digging work, just need someone with the expertise to do the rest, before getting Chorus to do the connections.
