Additional amount added than the quoted price, which is a surprise. Expected to adhere to a price agreed couple of days before start of works. Other than that the work was done. The bad part is with in 3-4 days after invoice itself, during communication of additional charges, CAI electrical threatened to file for recovery. No patience just for small payment of $100 Never hire again for my other works

"The quoted amount was for the call out cost+parts. as the job required me to re-connect the fitting and supply a safety certificate the price of the certificate was added to the quoted call out fee.7 days terms are requested in the invoice,you didnt have any queries about the invoice until i sent you a reminder e-mail informing your overdue account. i gave you options for payment, and non payment would result in filing for collection. check my other ratings and comments"
