Detailed requirement: 1. lighting control with motion sensor and programmed bright and dimmable unless bypassed. 2. air con and heating - pre set and remote operation 3. Entrance camera to all TVs and projector screens 4. Connectivity between all touchscreens 5. Curtains auto shut/open with sensor for daylight 6. Bluetooth speakers and music streaming throughout the house 7. Cameras at entrance and at foyers 8. Check and reminder system for the resident
