My rental property has a small wall mounted electric panel heater that needs to be serviced. The heater goes on but appears to be too hot on the surface. It is cracked in the front panel but I was told it can still work okay. Have wallpapered the front cover. This heater has never been serviced. Its about 7 years old. Can't provide photo as I live in Australia and you will need to liaise with my agent.
