New electrcial circuits required

Upgrading to a hot water heat pump (already purchased) which will be placed outside. I need a new 10A circuit to the HWC from the switchboard through the roof space. The cable run is approx. 10 to 15 metres. Cabling needs to run through conduit and terminate at a weatherproof isolating switch already installed in preparation. Supplier tells me this can't be connected to ripple control receiver. Also need a new 10A circuit for a laundry as existing wiring connected to kitchen and MCB trips if more than a couple of appliances are turned on. This run is just several metres. Last but not least, need old 30amp fuse that supplies induction hob replaced with an MCB. Switchboard is old style type.
