Bathroom Fan

We require a exhaust fan in our bathroom. We have a 1970s Townhouse and the upstairs bathroom is getting mouldy from the condensation. We require someone to put in a fan in the bathroom to sort out this problem. We do not have a attic/ceiling, the peak of the roof can be seen, it is all open plan - whether this make sit easier or harder. There is also a window that the fan could take the place of if need be. We want to look for an option that will last until we renovate but wont break the bank too much. We are open to options around this. thanks
