New Rangehood Installation

My kitchen does not have an extraction fan. I would like one installed in my kitchen. I need an electrician who could do the wiring and would ideally like the vent system to go straight up the roof rather than off the side. Looking at a 60cm wide rangehood which would be purchased separately. Also my stovetop elements need a bit of fixing as the elements seem to only have one setting so need someone whom could fix my appliance.
