Electrical work in Bathroom - Replace lights and fan

I need bathroom lights replaced / repaired. These are affixed to the wall above the bathroom door and have stopped working completely. It's either the wiring or the actual light fixture is gone. I also need the bathroom extractor fan replaced (wall mounted unit too that plugs into power socket). Have checked circuit breakers, tried replacing bulbs with no effect.
