Install 3 x Security Lights and Fix Internal Ceiling Light

I have 3 places I want to install sensor/security lights outside. Front of house overlooking the path to the front door (there is an alarm box with a power source (I guess) behind the palm tree. Also there is a working light in the ceiling of the front porch. This light doesn't need on/off switch (can be sensing 24/7) Side of house - there is already a sensor light with an on/off switch inside the house but the sensor part does not work. The light just turns on or off. I have bought a new security light to replace the whole unit. Back of house - suggested location in corner to left of double doors. This light doesn't need on/off switch (can be sensing 24/7) or can be linked to the side of house sensor on/off switch. I have the 3 sensor lights already to install. ALSO, internal ceiling light stopped working. Change of bulb doesn't work. Need to fix.
