Avondale - Rewire

I need to rewire a 1940's era bungalow (2 bedrooms). It is tenanted right now, but the tenants move out today - so I am hoping to get in an get some maintenance done while they property is vacant. So if you can't get to this within the next few weeks please do not respond. I work too many hours a week, in a role where I can not always answer the phone, so best to communicate online for now.
