Internal wall removal and construction for small 3rd bedroom

hi there, we are looking to turn a small dining area into a 3rd, small spare bedroom. this will require cuttting a hole in an existing internal wall and constructing a new 2M internal wall. There is also a small spiral staircase connecting the top house wit hthe bottom house which we would like to semi - permanently seperate and require this to be covered over. The area is Point Chevalier.
