Extractor fan installation plus extra power point & wall switches

Hello, we have purchased a Goldair Extractor Fan (image attached) & would like to get this installed in our bathroom. Also, we would like to add another power point behind our washing machine. There is another power point in close proximity. There are two white coloured wall switches above our oven we would like to be replaced with black ones. (We have purchased them) Lastly, we would like to replace a ceiling fan with a dropdown light & replace the fan wall switch/control with a normal light switch.
