We have 3 spotlights in the kitchen that have sequentially stopped working and replacing the bulbs does not help. We think there is something wrong with the wiring. We have also have had a dimmer in the lounge malfunction so that the 3 downlights are stuck on dim and when we last turned these lights on there was a bad electrical smell which was concerning.

James repaired a faulty dimmer switch and advised us on alternative, more energy efficient lighting solutions for our home (due to the ongoing issues we had been having). James is very personable and professional. He clearly explained all available options and completed high quality work. We are thrilled with the outcome and are arranging for further work to be done based on our positive experience.
