Security sensor light

We would like to install a sensor light right outside our entrance door, already bought the light so just need installation. My usual electrician said it can be done outside the property. Also we would like to quote how much to change the light switch to the other side of the door in the toilet (at the moment is on the left but we want it on the left refer to photo).
