various small electrical jobs

I have a set of 3 kitchen spotlights one of which is a bit broken. These may need replacing/ upgrading. There is also an unconnected wire in the kitchen in the wall above the stove for a range hood that never eventuated that needs sorting. There is a possibly damaged/ not working spotlight high in the kitchen/ living room ceiling which needs attention. There is an outdoor front light not working.
