Fix F&P Dishwasher quote

Hi, We need a quote as to how much it will cost to fix our Fisher & Paykel Soft Touch dishwasher. The container where you put the dishwashing powder doesn't open when the machine is turned on so the soap powder is still there at the end of the washing cycle. Just want to know whether it is worth fixing or time to replace. Thanks.
