Install Hobb, repair oven

Need old Hobb removed and new one installed New hobb has separate control panel that needs installing swell. Photo of the new hob attached. (bought of trademe) Would appreciate if this could be done ASAP Secondly, our oven seems to have one heat (full blast) it will only cook at 200c, i think it needs a new thermostat. First picture is of hobb that we bought, second picture is our current kitchen.
