Install and Repair 2 light fittings (at 2 houses)

I have 2 jobs that need to be done on 2 properties which are relatively close to each other (1 is in Waterview and 1 is in Avondale). Job 1: Install a new light fitting in the lounge. Requires old fitting to be carefully removed. Job 2: Investigate and repair fault where the light bulbs in one room of the house keep blowing. I would want this job to be done this Wednesday 10th Jan as it is the day that both houses will be available at the same time. I would require a Electrical Code of Compliance where applicable - so you must be a registered Electrician.
