Electriction - install down lights and relocate power socket

We need a licensed electrician to install 6 LED down lights (4 in a bedroom, 1 more in hallway and 1 in laundry). Bedroom would need new wires to replace two old style down lights and obviously four new holes. Laundry is replacing existing light so just need to drill bigger hole and swap out, the hallway has cable sitting behind the gib ready so just needs hole in ceiling and hooked up. We also have a power plug in the lounge that we want relocated down lower (see photo). Lastly power socket up high on wall and lights on wall disconnected and a down light in our cupboard disconnected. Would be great if these jobs could be completed as soon as possible as getting house ready for a newborn late January. Looking for anyone qualified and able to do the job and estimated cost. I expect it would be around 5-6hrs work but I am no electriction so feel free to ask questions.
