Switchboard replacement and install downlights/switches

Hi. I'm looking to install a new switchboard in a 2 bedroom unit. The unit was rewired a few years ago but the switchboard wasn't replaced. The plan had been to move the switchboard inside(it is currently outside with the meter) but leave the meter outside. The distance from the new switchboard location to the meter is around 0.5 - 1 m. In addition a new kitchen is being installed. The wires for this are in place(put in when the house was rewired) but will also need to be attached to the new switchboard. The other 2 parts of this job are to install 6 downlights and attach 6 outlets and 1 master switch for the new kitchen (wiring in situ).
