Install power socket into roof cavity + mount ventilation control panel

I have just installed a ventilation system and need a power socket installed in the ceiling cavity so I can plug it in. I already have the socket ready to go, just need someone to wire it in and give me a compliance certificate for insurance purposes. I would also like the ventilation system (smartvent) control panel installed installed into our laundry wall and the ethernet cable routed through the wall cavity into the ceiling to connect with the smartvent control box. The power socket can be installed right inside the manhole so no need to crawl into the ceiling, just pop your head through the cupboard. The controller to be installed in the laundry is just below the main switch board if that makes things easier. Please let me know what this is going to cost. Cheers, Tom
