Wiring check

I have a 2 bedroom rental property (old brick & tile unit) that is having a problem with blowing light bulbs. A bulb in the living room and in a bedroom keep blowing. The last bulb put in went as soon as it was turned on. I'd like the wiring checked and repaired as needed. There is roof access through a manhole in a wardrobe, and no insulation in the way (as far as I've been told). I need it done fairly soon, both for the tenants safety and so I can arrange the insulation installation.
