Kitchen downlights & extractor fan

Need a licensed electrician ASAP to connect up two LED downlights in a kitchen (there were originally two lights so cabling is already there to be used for the new lights). Also need a through-wall extractor fan installing/connecting. Holes for the two lights and fan have already been cut out, plus additional holes and cabling drawstring have been done so the hard work has been done and it's all set up for running new cable through to connect fan to the main light switch. I want the light switch changing to a double switch so the fan and lights can be used separately. I also need a Certificate of Compliance.
