Ceiling fan + range hood installation

We have just moved in to an apartment in a converted warehouse and need an electrician to help us with some installations. Specifically: - ceiling fan in the bedroom (10ft high stud ceiling) - rangehood in the kitchen (someone with builders knowledge may be required for this as it may be necessary to install blocking in the wall to mount the hood. from what we can tell there are two vertical studs 600mm apart between which the range needs to be mounted, but no horizontal stud to mount into. so one may need to be put in) - will also require a new powerpoint to be installed. Other minor jobs may also be necessary so it would be good to get a quote with/without these too (e.g. hooking up outside lights)
