Basic Electrical repairs

Need a bathroom Extractor fan fitted to extract through roof surfeit Hole in ceiling already. At same time want to pipe out dryer in same bathroom space. Both are close to exterior +- 1 - 2 meters. Ceiling accessible. Switch at wall ready. Exterior drive sensor spotlights - want ON sensor and permanent switch choice. Lounge - light dimmer switch install, sitting room - split lighting to 2 switches (8 lights currently on 1 switch) Kitchen/Bedroom - some light fitting not working - check and repair/change fittings. Some other small jobs. Provide advice and quote please!
