garage conversion to work studio

I would like a quote/estimate for removal of 2 light fittings from gib wall in garage and wiring rerouted to 2 supplied flourescent light fittings ( previously used in my shop) which will need to be affixed and wired to garage ceiling along with installation of 2 new overhead dangling plug sockets. At same time, some internal halogen bulbs - about 6 - to be replaced around inside of house. Is it possible to have done this week? I'm not sure of price for this so if more than $250, please advise.
