Re-mount light fitting

Moved into new place and went to clean kitchen light fitting and it almost came away in my hand. One screw is completely loose and it doesn't seem to be screwed into much except thin air. I need someone to move the fitting a few inches or whatever and screw it in properly. Probably needs an electrician, in case the wiring needs to be unattached and reattached.

Very good job. some of the wiring was a bit difficult and he worked hard to make sure it was done properly and looked good.
